目的探讨和评价不同温度条件对三磷酸腺苷(adenosine triphosphate,ATP)生物荧光技术的影响。方法分别在4℃和25℃工作温度条件下使用ATP生物荧光技术检测医疗器械清洗效果,比较两种不同温度条件下测量数据的差异性。结果 4℃条件下测量相对光单位(RLU)数值在0~834之间(x±s为56±22),而25℃条件下测量RLU数值在0~18 796之间(x±s为3 848±940),组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论不同温度条件对ATP生物荧光检测仪的检测结果有明显影响,使用ATP生物荧光技术时应将采样器恢复至室温后进行检测操作。
Objective To investigate and evaluate the effects of different temperature conditions on the biofluorescence of adenosine triphosphate (ATP). Methods ATP biofluorescence was used to detect the cleaning effect of medical devices at the working temperature of 4 ℃ and 25 ℃ respectively. The differences of the measured data under two different temperatures were compared. Results The RLU values were between 0 and 834 (x ± s of 56 ± 22) at 4 ℃ and RLU of 0 ~ 18796 at 25 ℃ (x ± s was 3 848 ± 940). There was significant difference between the two groups (P <0.001). Conclusion The results of ATP biofluorescence test have obvious effects under different temperature conditions. When using ATP biofluorescence, the sampler should be returned to room temperature for testing.
