目的:采用PD-1B-2标准气体发生装置,测定不同型号扩散管甲苯扩散率,同时验证不同载带气流量甲苯扩散率是否一致。方法:采用动态配气气体扩散法[1,2]原理,在一定温度下将装有甲苯的不同型号扩散管放置在PD-1B-2标准气体发生装置内,分别调整载带气(高纯氮气)流量,平衡一定时间后分别称重,根据减重量计算甲苯扩散率。结果:D110、D211、D310、D410扩散管的甲苯平均扩散率分别为4.8589、12.2739、27.4401和51.1415μg/min。结论:200,500,2000 ml/min载带气流量下不同型号的扩散管甲苯扩散率无显著性差异(P>0.05)。
OBJECTIVE: The PD-1B-2 standard gas generator was used to measure the diffusivity of toluene in different types of diffuser tubes, and to verify whether the diffusivity of toluene with different carrier gas flows was consistent. Methods: The dynamic diffusion gas diffusion method [1,2] principle, at a certain temperature will be filled with different types of toluene diffusion tube placed PD-1B-2 standard gas generator, were adjusted carrier gas (high purity Nitrogen) flow, after a certain balance of time were weighed, calculated according to weight loss of toluene diffusion rate. Results: The average diffusivities of toluene in D110, D211, D310 and D410 diffusers were 4.8589, 12.2739, 27.4401 and 51.1415μg / min, respectively. CONCLUSION: There is no significant difference in the diffusivity of toluene between different types of diffusion tubes at the carrier gas flow rates of 200, 500 and 2000 ml / min (P> 0.05).
