目的综述破骨细胞(osteoclast,OC)的形成和功能调节机制的研究进展。方法查阅近年OC形成、活化调节机制和发挥功能的相关文献,并进行总结分析。结果巨噬细胞集落刺激因子和NF-κB受体活化因子配基是OC形成和功能调节全过程中重要的两种细胞因子;除了参与骨吸收,OC还具有参与免疫应答、调节成骨细胞形成等功能。结论对OC形成和功能调节的研究进一步揭示了各种骨性疾病对骨组织的破坏机制,有助于临床寻找更合适的生物学治疗靶标。
Objective To summarize the research progress of osteoclast (OC) formation and function regulation. Methods In recent years, OC related to the formation and activation of regulatory mechanisms and functions of the relevant literature, and make a summary analysis. Results Macrophage colony-stimulating factor (NF-κB) and activator of ligand (NF-κB) were two important cytokines in the whole process of OC formation and function regulation. In addition to their involvement in bone resorption, OC also participates in immune response and regulates osteoblast formation And other functions. Conclusions The study on the formation and function regulation of OC further reveals the destruction mechanism of various bone diseases on bone tissue and helps to find a more suitable target for biological therapy.
