“学讲计划”是素质教育改革进程中的必然产物,它秉承新课标背景下“以生为本”的教学理念,认为教师应时刻以学生为中心展开教学。“学讲计划”的顺利实施关键是教师要找准位置,做好角色定位。本文结合初中数学教学实践,对教师在“学讲计划”中如何进行角色定位进行了研究与思考。
“Learner Program” is an inevitable product in the process of quality education reform. It adheres to the teaching concept of “taking students as the foundation” in the context of the new curriculum standard. It is believed that teachers should always regard students as the center to start their teaching. The key to the smooth implementation of the “Syllabus” is that teachers should identify their positions and do a good job of positioning their roles. Based on the practice of mathematics teaching in junior high school, this paper studies and thinks about how teachers can locate their roles in “lecture plan”.
