奈保尔获得诺贝尔文学奖后,他对第三世界的游记作品一直是大众关注的焦点,他的《在信仰者的国度》和《超越信仰》两本作品中描写了四个穆斯林国家的风土人情和文化冲突、历时动乱以及社会风崩离席的真像,并得出了穆斯林国家文化被摧毁造成的全民精神错乱的结论。本文从这两本游记来看伊斯兰教影响下的穆斯林文明真实的状况,试和奈保尔一起,分析穆斯林国家这种状况的原因。
After winning the Nobel Prize for literature, Naipaul has always been the focus of mass public opinion on the travel books of the Third World.
