以四水氯化锰(MnCl2 4H2O)和二水钨酸钠(Na2WO4 2H2O)为原料,采用微波水热法在不同pH值下成功制备了MnWO4微晶。利用X射线衍射和透射电子显微镜分别对产物的物相和形貌进行了表征;并对棒状MnWO4微晶的形成机理进行了初步探讨。结果表明:在pH为4.0~11.0范围内均可制备出纯相的MnWO4晶体,随着pH值的增大,产物的结晶性有所提高,晶粒尺寸逐渐增大,同时其形貌由粒状向棒状转变。
MnWO4 crystallites were successfully prepared by microwave hydrothermal method at different pH values using MnCl2 4H2O and Na2WO4 2H2O as raw materials. The phase and morphology of the product were characterized by X-ray diffraction and transmission electron microscopy. The formation mechanism of rod-shaped MnWO4 crystallites was also discussed. The results show that the pure MnWO4 crystals can be prepared in the pH range of 4.0-11.0. With the increase of pH value, the crystallinity of the product is improved and the grain size is gradually increased. Meanwhile, the morphology of the crystals is grainy Change to stick.
