目的调查石家庄地区鼠类寄生虫感染情况。方法采用鼠笼法、鼠夹法隔夜抓捕鼠类,进行鼠群种类、鼠龄、性别鉴定和体内寄生虫分类。结果共捕获鼠592只,采集到体内感染疑似四翼无刺线虫的鼠9只,全部为小家鼠,该寄生虫在该鼠种的感染率为5.9%,感染强度为5~9条/只,平均感染强度为7条/只。对采集的线虫经过寄生虫形态学分类全部鉴定为四翼无刺线虫(Aspiculuris tetraptera Nitzsch,1821)。结论石家庄地区各鼠种仅小家鼠体内检测到四翼无刺线虫。
Objective To investigate the parasitic infection of rats in Shijiazhuang area. Methods Squirrel cage method and mouse clamp method were used to catch mice overnight, and the mouse species, age, gender and the classification of the parasites in the body were studied. Results A total of 592 mice were captured, and 9 mice infected with suspected four-stranded Nematodes were collected in vivo. All of them were Mus musculus, the infection rate of this parasite was 5.9% and the infection intensity was 5-9 / Only, the average infection intensity of 7 / only. The collected nematodes were all classified as Aspiculuris tetraptera Nitzsch (1821) through morphological classification of parasites. Conclusions Four-streaked nematodes were detected in only a few domestic rats in Shijiazhuang.
