会阴左侧斜切开术为产科常见手术.目前多数采用的是分层缝合术,术后第四～五天拆线.由于近几年来分娩数明显增加,尤其多数为初产妇,因此影响了床位的周转率及加重了产科医务人员的工作量.为了简化手术操作及加快床位的周转率,并且不影响产妇创口的愈合率,产妇在会阴拆线后创口愈合,安心出院.我院在1981年12月～1982年3月,4个月内会阴左侧斜切开术采用皮肤肌肉全层缝合共210例,Ⅰ期愈合率达98.1%.
