为进一步探讨疥疮与免疫的关系,对75例疥疮患者分别进行部分免疫指标测定。在75例患者中,男60例,女15例;年龄18~35岁。均未合并其他皮肤疾患。60例正常健康人(18~39岁)为对照组。分别进行血清中IgG,IgA,IgM和IgE的检测。 IgG:患期1月以内组26例,1月以上组49例与对照组无显著差异(P>0.05)。IgA:1月以内组有23例(88.46%)低于对照组;1月以上组41例(83.67%)低于对照组,均有显著差异(P<0.001)。IgM:1月以内组18例低于对照组(69.23%),1月以上组37例(75.5%)低于对照组,均有轻度差异(P<0.01)。IgE:检测23例,结果与健康人对照亦无差异(P>0.05)。另外对68例患者进行了血清中
In order to further explore the relationship between scabies and immunity, 75 cases of scabies patients were measured for partial immune parameters. In 75 patients, 60 males and 15 females; aged 18 to 35 years. None of the other skin disorders combined. 60 normal healthy people (18 ~ 39 years old) as the control group. Serum IgG, IgA, IgM and IgE were detected. There were 26 cases of IgG within 1 month after operation, 49 cases from January to above group had no significant difference with the control group (P> 0.05). IgA: 23 cases (88.46%) were less than the control group within 1 month; 41 cases (83.67%) were lower than the control group in January and above (P <0.001). IgM: 18 cases were lower than control group (69.23%) within 1 month, 37 cases (75.5%) were lower than that of control group in January, there was slight difference (P <0.01). IgE: 23 cases detected, the results were also no difference between healthy controls (P> 0.05). Another 68 patients were serum
