目的:比较中西医结合疗法与单纯美沙酮替代疗法治疗海洛因依赖者之疗效。方法:采用中药联合复方地芬诺酯片治疗自愿戒毒的海洛因依赖者49例,并以49例单纯美沙酮脱毒者对照观察。结果:中西医结合治疗组和对照组的脱毒率分别为91.8%(45/49)、61.2%(30/49),存在显著性差异(P<0.01)。脱毒出院随访1个月,中西医结合治疗组与对照组的复吸率分别为63.2%(24/38)、91.7%(22/24),两组复吸率比较存在显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:中西医结合疗法治疗海洛因依赖者之疗效优于单纯美沙酮替代递减治疗。
Objective: To compare the efficacy of traditional Chinese and Western medicine combined with methadone alone in the treatment of heroin addicts. Methods: Forty-nine cases of heroin addicts were treated with compound diphenoxylate tablets in Chinese medicine and 49 cases of methadone-only drug control were observed. Results: The detoxification rate of the combination of TCM and WM was 91.8% (45/49) and 61.2% (30/49) respectively, there was significant difference (P <0.01). The rates of relapse were 63.2% (24/38) and 91.7% (22/24) respectively in the Integrative Medicine group and the control group at 1 month follow-up after extubation. There was a significant difference in relapse rate between the two groups (P <0.01). Conclusion: Integrative medicine treatment of heroin addicts is superior to simple methadone substitution descending treatment.
