患者女性,43岁。发现左耳前肿物3个月,生长较迅速。不伴疼痛,张闭口、眼正常,面部无发麻,以“左腮腺肿物”收入院。体检:左耳前腮腺区可触及一直径约35ｃｍ肿物,近球形,质稍硬,与皮肤稍有粘连,边界尚清,可推动,无压痛。行“左腮腺切除术”,术中见肿瘤直径约3ｃｍ,主要位于腮腺
Patient female, 43 years old. Found 3 months before the left ear tumor, growing more rapidly.
