今年上半年,民政部政策研究中心分别在海南、山西、广西召开部分省市民政政策理论研究暨宣传工作座谈会,总结部署全国民政政策理论研究和《中国民政》杂志宣传发行工作。民政部办公厅副主任、政策研究中心主任王齐彦出席会议并作重要讲话,受编委会的委托,《中国民政》杂志主编王然通报了办好用好民政部机关刊的情况,政策研究中心副主任王胜三主持会议并作总结。来自全国各省、市、自治区民政厅局及部分省会城市、计划单列市和地级城市民政局有关负责人参加了会议,就进一步重视支持办好用好民政部机关刊《中国民政》杂志进行了热烈讨论,并结合民政政策理论研究与宣传工作实际,积极建言献策。
In the first half of this year, the Policy Research Center of the Ministry of Civil Affairs held some symposiums on theoretical research and publicity work on civil policy in some provinces, cities and municipalities in Hainan, Shanxi and Guangxi respectively, and summarized the theoretical study on the deployment of the national civil policy and the publicity and publication of the “China Civil Affairs” magazine. Wang Ziyan, deputy director of the General Office of the Ministry of Civil Affairs and director of the Policy Research Center, attended the meeting and made an important speech. Entrusted by the Editorial Board, Wang Ran, chief editor of China Civil Administration, reported on the situation of running and utilizing the organs and magazines of the Ministry of Civil Affairs and Policy Research Center Deputy Director Wang Sheng-san presided over the meeting and made a summary. Civil Affairs Bureau of provinces, cities and autonomous regions in China and some provincial capitals, cities separately designated in the state plan and local people’s governments of prefecture-level cities participated in the meeting, and further emphasized on supporting and running the “China Civil Affairs” magazine, the organ of the Ministry of Civil Affairs Intense discussion, combined with the theory of civil policy research and advocacy work, and actively offer advice and suggestions.
