结晶器喂钢带技术利用钢带在熔体中的熔融吸热,通过控制熔体温度场的分布、抑制柱状晶生长来消除连铸坯的成分偏析、内部疏松等缺陷,从而改善连铸坯的质量。通过讨论铸坯拉速、钢带尺寸、铸坯断面等因素对钢带喂入速度的影响及对比不同的铸坯断面,得到较合适的钢带喂入速度以及钢带尺寸大小的范围。在某钢厂进行了连铸结晶器喂钢带试验,其实际生产结果与理论计算基本吻合。
