[目的]了解结核病专科医院住院肺结核患者诊断、登记及治疗管理现状,为开展结核病专科医院与结防机构的合作提供依据。[方法]2007年10~11月,对太原市1所结核病专科医院2006年7月1日至12月31日诊断的住院肺结核患者147例进行调查。[结果]调查的147例患者中,113例为新病人,仅有7例使用了国家统一标准化疗方案;患者出院时转诊率达90.47%,仅有52.39%到结防机构就诊;总体完成治疗率为69.81%。[结论]太原市1家结核病专科医院对结核病患者的诊断治疗不规范;出院患者转诊效果差,在结防机构登记的较少,完成治疗率低。
[Objective] To understand the status of diagnosis, registration and treatment management of tuberculosis patients hospitalized in tuberculosis specialist hospitals, and provide the basis for the cooperation between tuberculosis specialist hospitals and prevention and treatment of tuberculosis. [Method] From October to November 2007, 147 inpatients with tuberculosis diagnosed from July 1, 2006 to December 31, 2006 in a TB hospital in Taiyuan City were investigated. [Results] Of the 147 patients surveyed, 113 were new patients and only 7 patients were treated with the national standard chemotherapy regimen. The rate of referral at discharge was 90.47% and only 52.39% The treatment rate was 69.81%. [Conclusion] The diagnosis and treatment of tuberculosis patients in one TB hospital in Taiyuan is not standardized. The discharged patients have poor referral, less registration in the prevention and treatment institutions, and low completion rate of treatment.
