目的分析脑瘫儿童综合康复治疗的效果。方法选择2014年6月-2016年6月于该院就诊的脑瘫儿童,共110例,按进入医院的编号分为观察组和对照组,每组55例。对照组进行常规治疗,观察组给予综合康复治疗,比较两组患儿的治疗效果。结果观察组和对照组的总有效率分别为94.54%和72.72%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在治疗脑瘫儿童的过程中,采用综合康复治疗在一定程度上有助于促进临床治疗效果的显著增强,值得临床应用与推广。
Objective To analyze the effect of comprehensive rehabilitation of children with cerebral palsy. Methods A total of 110 children with cerebral palsy who visited the hospital from June 2014 to June 2016 were selected and divided into observation group and control group according to the numbers entering the hospital, with 55 cases in each group. The control group was treated routinely, the observation group was given comprehensive rehabilitation treatment, and the treatment effect of the two groups was compared. Results The total effective rates of the observation group and the control group were 94.54% and 72.72%, respectively, with statistical significance (P <0.05). Conclusion In the treatment of children with cerebral palsy, the use of comprehensive rehabilitation therapy to a certain extent, contribute to the promotion of clinical treatment significantly enhanced, it is worth clinical application and promotion.
