目前厂矿科技情报室(以下简称情报室)都在试搞岗位承包责任制。这是情报管理方面的重要改革。我今年上半年走访了十来家情报室,普遍认为在奖金分配上缺乏科学分析,一定程度上影响着这一制度的顺利贯彻,所以有深入探讨的必要。一、奖金的作用奖金是对超额完成情报任务的工作者工资以外的补充。其分配应按“多劳多得”的原则进行。若奖金分配的合理,则对调动情报人员的积极性,把情报工作搞活,打破平均主义有重要意义。
