应用透射电镜观察21例狼疮性肾炎患者肾组织中肾小管超微结构改变。结果显示:(1)肾小管有电子致密物沉积者15例(71.4%)。电子致密物呈细颗粒状,少数呈粗颗粒状,形成大小不等的团块。位于基底膜和附近间质,分布于肾小管各段。肾小管周围毛细血管壁见致密物沉积者4例。(2)所有病例肾小管基底膜均增厚,常呈局灶性轻度增厚。基底膜还见分层、重复、形成透明腔隙,不规则、向上皮细胞侧突入,与肾小管上皮细胞分离和形成裂隙等改变。(4)球形微颗粒,又称小泡。计5例。颗粒近圆形,
The ultrastructural changes of renal tubules in 21 cases of lupus nephritis were observed by transmission electron microscopy. The results showed that: (1) renal tubular deposition of electron density in 15 cases (71.4%). Electronic dense material was fine particles, a small number of coarse particles, the formation of unequal sizes of clumps. Located in the basement membrane and the surrounding interstitial distribution in the renal tubular segments. Peritubular capillary wall see dense deposits in 4 cases. (2) All cases of tubular basement membrane thickening, often showed focal mild thickening.
