以提升煤矿安全风险集成管理能力为目的,依据对多家煤矿企业的实地调研和有关管理成熟度理论基础的研究,采用目标-手段-分析-评价与优化逻辑框架方法,构建了包含组织保障、管理机制、管理方法、资源投入、人员能力和安全文化6个维度和35个二级评价指标的评价指标体系。分别运用探索性因子分析方法和验证性因子分析方法对所构建的评价指标的信度和效度进行了验证,并采用加权乘积加总的方法来确定各维度的分值,以此来评价煤矿安全风险集成管理成熟度水平。最后,运用构建的评价模型与方法展开案例分析。
In order to improve the integrated management ability of coal mine safety risk, based on the field investigation and management theory research of a number of coal mining enterprises, the method of target-measure-analysis-evaluation and optimization logic framework is used to build a system that includes organization guarantee, Management mechanism, management methods, resource investment, personnel capacity and safety culture six dimensions and 35 second-level evaluation index evaluation index system. Respectively, exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis were used to verify the reliability and validity of the constructed evaluation index, and weighted sum of products to determine the value of each dimension, in order to evaluate the coal mine Security Risk Integrated Management Maturity Level. Finally, the case analysis is carried out by using the constructed evaluation models and methods.
