本文总结15例21个肝、肾囊性病变在超声引导和监视下经皮穿刺治疗的经验。其中肝囊肿3例5个囊肿,肾囊肿10例14个肾14个囊肿及肝脓肿2例。穿刺成功率100%,穿刺治疗总有效率100%(三个月治愈率80%,其余尚在继续观察中)。均未发生感染、出血等并发症。认为超声引导经皮穿刺治疗肝、肾囊性病变安全实用、创伤甚微、疗效可靠、费用低廉,是一种基本上可替代传统开放手术疗法的新途径。
This article summarizes the experience of 15 cases of 21 liver and kidney cystic lesions under the guidance and monitoring of ultrasound percutaneous puncture. There were 5 cysts in 3 cases of hepatic cysts, 14 cysts in 14 cases of renal cysts and 2 cases of liver abscess in 10 cases of renal cysts. Puncture success rate of 100%, puncture the total effective rate of 100% (three months cure rate of 80%, the rest are still under observation). No infection, bleeding and other complications. It is considered that ultrasound-guided percutaneous puncture is a safe and practical method for the treatment of liver and renal cystic lesions with minimal trauma, reliable curative effect and low cost. It is a new approach that can basically replace the traditional open surgical treatment.
