本文测定地甲肿患区饮食致大鼠甲状腺肿的代谢指标,实验前,部分大鼠注射30%碘化油0.2ml做对照组。4~7个月处死。实验结果表明,甲状腺碘浓度下降,MIT/DIT(MIT:一碘酪氨酸,DIT:二碘酪氨酸)、T_3/T_4(T_3:三碘甲腺原氨酸、T_4;甲状腺素)比值和TPO(甲状腺过氧化物酶)活性升高。这些代谢表现说明,实验组大鼠处于缺碘状态,并和人工低碘食致大鼠甲状腺肿的代谢表现一致。尽管甲状腺碘浓度下降,但组织总碘无明显变化,加上T_3/T_4比值和TPO活性增高,说明实验组大鼠对碘缺乏有一定的适应能力。
In this paper, to determine the metabolic index of rats with goiter caused by dietetic disease area, before the experiment, some rats were injected with 0.2% 30% iodized oil as the control group. 4 to 7 months executed. In spite of the decrease of thyroid iodine concentration, there was no obvious change of total iodine in the tissue, and the ratio of T_3 / T_4 and the increase of TPO activity showed that the experimental rats had some adaptability to iodine deficiency.
