Losartan (5mg·kg~(-1)·d~(-1)po)和卡托普利(50 mg·kg~(-1)·d~(-1)po)治疗肾性高血压大鼠8周均能在降压的同时降低左室重量34.8％～41.0％,减少左室总蛋白量28.3％～39.4％,使迁移的心肌凝蛋白ATP酶同功酶谱回复正常。表明两药能有效逆转肾性高血压大鼠心肌肥厚及心肌凝蛋白同功酶谱,通过改变心肌凝蛋白ATP酶活性水平改善心肌收缩功能。
Renal hypertensive rats were treated with losartan (5 mg · kg -1 d -1) po and captopril (50 mg · kg -1 d -1 po) 8 weeks can reduce the left ventricular weight 34.8% ~ 41.0% while reducing blood pressure, reduce the total amount of left ventricular protein 28.3% ~ 39.4%, so that migration of cardiac coagulation protein ATP enzyme zymogram back to normal. These results indicate that the two drugs can effectively reverse cardiac hypertrophy and cardiac zymogram of myocardial coagulation in renovascular hypertensive rats and improve myocardial contractility by changing the level of cardiac coagulase ATPase activity.
