目的建立毛细管气相色谱法同时测定工作场所空气中多组分有机溶剂的方法。方法用活性炭吸附管采集空气中有机溶剂,CS2解吸,经大口径FFAP毛细管色谱柱分离,以氢火焰离子化检测器检测。结果方法可同时测定工作场所空气中39种有机溶剂,相关系数在0.9977~0.9993之间,检出限在0.3~35μg/ml之间,解吸效率范围在78.2~99.1%之间,相对标准偏差在0.8%~9.2%之间。结论该方法分离度好,检测灵敏、准确、快速,是检测工作场所有机溶剂多组分定性定量的一种较为理想的实用方法。
Objective To establish a method for the simultaneous determination of multicomponent organic solvents in the air by capillary gas chromatography. Methods The organic solvent in the air was collected by activated charcoal adsorption tube. CS2 was desorbed and separated by large-diameter FFAP capillary column and detected by hydrogen flame ionization detector. Results The method could simultaneously determine 39 kinds of organic solvents in the air of the workplace with the correlation coefficients between 0.9977 and 0.9993. The detection limits were between 0.3 and 35 μg / ml. The desorption efficiencies ranged between 78.2 and 99.1%. The relative standard deviations 0.8% ~ 9.2% between. Conclusion The method has good resolution, sensitive, accurate and rapid. It is an ideal and practical method for qualitative and quantitative determination of multi-component organic solvents in the workplace.
