江苏省政府常务会议最近审议通过江苏省城乡居民社会养老保险办法。从明年1月1日起,在全省范围内整合新农保和城镇居民养老险两项制度,实行全省统一的城乡居民社会养老保险制度。至今年9月底,江苏全省新农保和城居保两项制度累计参保人数1453.06万,参保率为99.84%;60周岁以上老年人领取基础养老金人数达910.86万,领取率为99.99%,而且13个省辖市已全部建立城乡一体的居民社会养老保险制度,为两项制度的整合提供良好基础。整合后
Jiangsu provincial government executive meeting recently approved the adoption of social pension insurance for urban and rural residents in Jiangsu Province. From Jan. 1 of next year, the two systems of new rural insurance and urban residents’ pension insurance will be integrated within the province and the unified social insurance system for urban and rural residents in the whole province will be implemented. By the end of September this year, the total number of insured persons in the two systems of new rural social security and city home-based insurance in Jiangsu province was 14.5506 million, with an insured rate of 99.84%. The number of basic pensions for elders over 60 years of age was 9.1186 million and the receiving rate was 99.99 %. Moreover, all 13 provincial cities and municipalities have all established urban and rural resident social pension insurance systems that provide a good basis for the integration of the two systems.
