随着社会上对技术、技能型人才的需要,高职教育蓬勃兴起,其培养的学生在经济发展和社会进步中起着举足轻重的作用。然而,在经过20多年的发展之后,高职教育也暴寡出了一些问题,尤其是教师队伍建设的问题,这关系到高职教育的教学质量及今后的生存与发展.因此,高职院校必须重视“双师型”教师队伍的建设,制定具体的培养原则,采取切实可行的措施,确保“双师型”教师队伍的形成。
With the demand of the society for skilled and skilled personnel, the higher vocational education is booming and its students are playing a decisive role in economic development and social progress.
