目的了解濮阳市医用诊断X射线机影像质量状况,对存在的问题提出建议。方法用检测仪器对市城区及县区医疗单位X线射机进行医学影像质量检测。结果摄影机的空间分辨力的合格率最高,为9 7.5%。透视机的影像增强器入射屏前空气比释动能率和管电压指示偏离的合格率较高,均为9 7.8%。不同类别医院中,市级医院的摄影机和透视机的合格率均高于县级医院、社区医院和民营医院。结论医用诊断X射射线机影像质量检测结果合格率较低,应加大影像质量检测力度,对医用诊断X射线机定期维修与保养。
Objective To understand the imaging quality of medical diagnostic X-ray machines in Puyang city and to make suggestions on the existing problems. Methods The medical imaging quality of the X-ray radiographs of medical units in city and county were tested with testing instruments. As a result, the highest passing rate of the camera’s spatial resolution was 9 7.5%. The qualified rate of air kerma and tube voltage deviation in front of the image intensifier entrance screen of the fluoroscope was higher, both of which were 7.88%. In different categories of hospitals, the passing rate of cameras and fluoroscopy machines in municipal hospitals were higher than those in county hospitals, community hospitals and private hospitals. Conclusion The medical imaging X-ray machine image quality test results pass rate is low, should increase the image quality testing efforts, medical diagnostic X-ray machine regular maintenance and repair.
