国家是我们当前人类社会生存的一种高级形态,能够对整个民族和结构系统进行控制和管理,而对国家的系统运行起着调控作用的就是政法,国家理念代表着一个民族的思维象征,而政法模式又是对这个思维象征的一种保障和肯定,一个国家在对于各种社会问题上有着共同的想法和理念,这同样也会影响政法的运行模式,本文通过对国家理念和中国传统政法进行简要叙述,初步的阐明当我我国传统政法模式的精神。
The state is an advanced form of the survival of our present human society, capable of controlling and managing the entire national and structural system, and is the political and legal instrument that regulates the systematic operation of the country. The national idea represents the symbol of a nation’s thinking. Political and legal model is a kind of guarantee and affirmation to this symbol of thinking. A country has common ideas and concepts on various social issues, which will also affect the operation mode of politics and law. This paper analyzes the concept of nation and the traditional Chinese law Briefly described, the initial clarification of the spirit of the traditional model of political and legal system in our country.
