原发性胆囊癌的发病率较低，是消化系统中较少见的恶性肿瘤，但却是胆道系统最常见的肿瘤，且预后较差，5年存活率仅为4%~12%，因此正确的CT诊断对提高患者的生存率有重要作用。现就我院1996~2001年间经CT诊断，并经术后病理证实的20例胆囊癌进行分析，旨在提高胆囊癌的CT诊断?
