通过查阅文献、问卷调查、SWOT矩阵分析等方法,结合陕西省经济发展的新形势,对陕西省高校高水平田径队发展的内、外部环境进行分析。研究认为陕西省高校高水平田径队自身即存在着雄厚的科研保障和优秀的教练队伍等优势,也存在着缺乏经费和训练条件落后等不足;外部环境即有区域经济的带动和政策导向性等优势,也存在生源上来自专业队和其他高校等方面的竞争。通过研究,如何在新形势下借助有利的外部机遇和自身优势、克服自身不足和外部的竞争,为探索陕西省高校高水平田径队发展的新模式提供理论依据。
By referring to the literature, questionnaires, SWOT matrix analysis and other methods, combined with the new situation of economic development in Shaanxi Province, this paper analyzes the internal and external environment of the development of high level track and field team in Shaanxi Province. The research shows that the high-level track and field teams of colleges and universities in Shaanxi Province have the advantages of strong scientific research support and excellent coaching staff, lack of funds and backward training conditions, etc. The external environment is driven by regional economy and policy-oriented Advantages, there are also students from professional teams and other colleges and universities and other aspects of competition. Through the research, under the new situation, with the help of favorable external opportunities and their own advantages, we can overcome their own deficiencies and external competition and provide a theoretical basis for exploring new models for the development of high-level track and field teams in colleges and universities in Shaanxi Province.
