国务院提出:大力发展绿色经济,培育以低碳排放为特征的新的经济增长点,加快建设以低碳排放为特征的工业、建筑、交通体系。为进一步贯彻落实党中央、国务院有关应对气候变化的战略部署,加强住房城乡建设系统应对气候变化工作,住房和城乡建设部拟组织开展住房城乡建设系统应对气候变化的战略和规划研究工作,建筑节能与科技司近日就有关事项发出通知:
The State Council put forward: Vigorously develop the green economy, foster new economic growth points characterized by low carbon emissions and accelerate the construction of industrial, construction and transportation systems characterized by low carbon emissions. In order to further implement the Party Central Committee and the State Council’s strategic plan for coping with climate change and strengthen the system of housing and urban-rural development to deal with climate change, the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development plans to organize a strategic and planning study on how to deal with climate change in housing urban and rural areas, The Secretary for Science and Technology recently issued a circular on the relevant issues:
