得到国家工商总局法规司、企业注册局、外资局、个体司有力指导,江苏省工商局及苏州工商局大力支持的“入世与商事登记立法”研讨会是本刊编辑部今年召开的第一个研讨会。来自北京、上海、山东、河南等地的30余名代表提交了19篇高质量的文章,代表工商系统在商事登记立法上最新的研究成果,尽管是一家之言,有的比较超前,但不少内容对系统内理论研究和工作实践有一定借鉴意义和参考价值。本刊将分两期摘要刊发,本期刊发的文章集中在商事登记的立法体系和审查责任,下一期将集中在年检问题,敬请读者关注。专题主持杨爱军刘安伟
The Symposium on Accession and Commercial Registration Legislation Supported by the Laws and Regulations Division of the State Administration for Industry and Commerce, the Enterprise Registration Bureau, the Foreign Investment Bureau and the Individual Division, and the Industry and Commerce Bureau of Jiangsu Province and the Suzhou Industry and Commerce Bureau strongly support this editorial department's first meeting this year seminar. More than 30 delegates from Beijing, Shanghai, Shandong and Henan submitted 19 high-quality articles on behalf of the latest achievements made by the commercial and industrial system in the legislation of commercial registration. Although it is one statement and some are ahead of others, quite a few contents The system of theoretical research and practice have some reference and reference value. This issue will be published in two issues. The articles published in this issue focus on the legislative system and review responsibilities of the commercial registration.
