新时期医院思想政治工作活力不足是一个普遍存在的问题,其原因主要有这几点:思想政治工作的内容跟不上职工的多元化要求;思想政治工作的方法跟不上当前职工思想变化的步伐;思想政治工作者队伍的素质还不能很好适应当今思想政治工作者所承担的艰巨任务。
