1 QY16-129多路阀结构与工况QY16-129多路阀系四联换向阀和溢流阀等6件阀块的组合。换向阀采用手动操纵弹簧对中,在分流溢流阀的顶面置一以钢球往复动作分别密封的梭阀。分流溢流阀采用先导式、主阀为滑阀式,阀体内装一个供双泵合流用的单向阀,最右边是中进油阀盖。该多路阀置于上车,分别控制起升、变幅、伸缩和回转油路,见图1。起升回路由P1泵和P2泵合流供油,其它三联由P2泵单独供油。

Split relief valve with pilot, the main valve for the spool valve, the valve body equipped with a double valve for the confluence of the one-way valve, the right is the inlet valve cover. The multi-way valve placed on the train, respectively, control lift, luffing, telescopic and rotary oil, see Figure 1. Lifting circuit by the P1 pump and P2 pump oil confluence, the other three by the P2 pump alone oil.
