为使企业树立“自主经营、自负盈亏、自我约束、自我发展”的经营意识,唤起广大职工关心企业命运和发展的责任心,使企业和员工重新认识自我、评价自我,寻找在市场经济运行中的合适位置,寻找自身健康发展的途径,我公司在1997年组织开展了内部管理诊断工作,就是企业给自身看病治病。基本做法是:学文件理思路;看发展史、看自身特点、看市场变化;剖症结找病根,请教专家咨询论证,达到转变观念、治病防病,确保企业健康发展的目的。
