捣制工频炉酸性炉衬时,普遍采用云母板作绝缘层、造价十分昂贵。从1983年开始,研究无云母板绝缘层炉材的捣制工艺,重点试验了各种炉衬材料在使用过程中的绝缘性能以及炉衬基体密度与使用性能之间的关系。试验证明炉衬基体密度愈大,耐浸蚀和抗冲击性能愈好,绝缘性能也较好。通过优选获得了比原工艺捣制的炉衬高三倍以上的中修连续炉龄和六倍以上的大修炉龄,而大修费用只是原来的五分之一左右。本文还叙述了无云母板绝缘层炉衬的研制工程、使用效果及经济效益,着重介绍了有关炉衬绝缘层、石英砂粒度配比、硼酸加入量、烘烤烧结和工艺的选择。
Ramming frequency furnace furnace lining, mica plate commonly used for insulation, the cost is very expensive. Starting from 1983, the research on the ramming technology of the non-mica insulation board furnace was carried out. The insulation performance of various lining materials and the relationship between the density of the lining board and the service performance were emphatically tested. Test proved that the lining of the greater the density of the substrate, corrosion and impact resistance, the better, better insulation properties. Through optimizing, the length of the middle repair continuous furnace and the overhaul furnace over six times higher than that of the original process ramming is obtained, while the overhaul cost is only about one fifth of the original. This article also describes the research and development, application results and economic benefits of the insulation lining of the cloudless motherboard. The selection of the lining insulation layer, the grain size ratio of quartz sand, the added amount of boric acid, baking and sintering process are emphatically introduced.
