目的:观察金匮肾气丸化裁方对良性前列腺增生(BPH)大鼠血清性激素水平的影响。方法:采用去势并注射丙酸睾酮的方法建立大鼠前列腺增生模型,随机分为对照组、病理模型组、非那雄胺组、中药低剂量组、中药中剂量组、中药高剂量组。经过28 d治疗后,称量前列腺湿重,计算出前列腺指数,检测血清雌二醇(E2)、睾酮(T)的水平,计算出E2/T比值;光镜观察前列腺组织形态学改变。结果:金匮肾气丸化裁方中剂量组能显著降低BPH大鼠前列腺湿重、前列腺指数及血清T水平,明显升高血清E2及E2/T水平,明显减轻前列腺增生组织病理改变。结论:金匮肾气丸化裁方具有抗大鼠前列腺增生作用,其机理可能与调节大鼠血清性激素水平、改善雌雄激素比例有关。
Objective: To observe the effects of Jinguishenqiwan Punchu Recipe on serum sex hormone levels in benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) rats. Methods: The model of benign prostatic hyperplasia was established by castration and injection of testosterone propionate. The models were randomly divided into control group, pathological model group, finasteride group, low dose Chinese medicine group, medium dose traditional Chinese medicine group and high dose traditional Chinese medicine group. After 28 days of treatment, the wet weight of the prostate was weighed, the prostate index was calculated, the level of serum estradiol (E2) and testosterone (T) was measured, and the E2 / T ratio was calculated. Results: Jinkuishenqiwan decoction can significantly reduce the prostate wet weight, prostate index and serum T level in BPH rats, significantly increase the levels of serum E2 and E2 / T and significantly reduce the histopathological changes of benign prostatic hyperplasia. Conclusion: Jingui Shenqi Wanzhu Recipe has the effect of inhibiting the prostatic hyperplasia in rats. The mechanism may be related to the regulation of serum sex hormones and the improvement of estrogen and androgen ratio.
