采用苏里娜油为原料,以氢氧化钾为催化剂利用酯交换法制取生物柴油。采用酯交换法的常用反应条件:醇油摩尔比6∶1,催化剂含量为1%(苏里娜油质量),温度65℃,分析了甲酯甲醇含量随反应时间的变化关系,反应时间20min时,系统达到平衡;原料油含水量对生物柴油产率影响极大,水含量达到0.7%以上时,生物柴油产量低,且皂化严重。制取的生物柴油大部分是C19(6,9-octadecadienoic acid methylester),其分子结构中含有两个双键。产品的各项指标都达到了中国生物柴油标准(GB/T20828-2007)。
Sulina oil is used as raw material and potassium hydroxide is used as catalyst to prepare biodiesel by transesterification. The reaction conditions were as follows: the molar ratio of methanol to oil was 6:1, the content of catalyst was 1% (the quality of sulina oil), the temperature was 65 ℃, the relationship between the content of methanol and the reaction time was analyzed. The reaction time was 20min , The system reached equilibrium; the moisture content of feedstock oil had a great impact on the yield of biodiesel. When the water content reached above 0.7%, the yield of biodiesel was low and the saponification was serious. The majority of biodiesel prepared is C19 (6,9-octadecadienoic acid methylester), which contains two double bonds in its molecular structure. The product of the indicators have reached the Chinese biodiesel standards (GB / T20828-2007).
