经济全球化下,制造业全球价值链分工对分工国家的生态环境具有不可忽视的影响。制造业全球价值链分工对分工国家环境质量的作用机制包括:规模效应、结构效应、技术效应、垂直FDI效应和链变迁效应。制造业全球价值链分工背景下,为加强生态文明建设,长期中,我国应积极构建本土制造业企业主导的全球价值链,促进链条升级,短期中,应加快流程升级与产品升级,积极提升制造业利用FDI的行业结构层次,加强环境规制,加快构建本土加工贸易企业的绿色生产技术与污染治理技术创新体系。
Under the economic globalization, the division of labor in manufacturing global value chain can not neglect the ecological environment of the labor-division countries. The mechanism of global value chain division of labor in manufacturing industry on the environmental quality of labor-division countries includes: scale effect, structural effect, technological effect, vertical FDI effect and chain transition effect. In the long run, in order to strengthen the construction of ecological civilization, in the long run, China should actively build a global value chain dominated by local manufacturing enterprises and promote the upgrading of the chain.
