画家关奇关奇,安徽颍上人,中国美术家协会会员、中国工笔学会会员、北京人民画院副院长、北京丹青书画院副院长、中国水墨画院专职画家、中国书画摄影家协会理事、国家一级美术师、中国人民大学画院林凡工作室执行导师。曾就读于中国艺术研究院、清华美院、中央美院。作品多次参加中国美术家协会主办的全国大展并获奖,国家机关、博物馆、海内外儒商均有典藏

He studied at China Academy of Art, Tsinghua Academy of Fine Arts, and Central Academy of Fine Arts. Works repeatedly participated in the China Artists Association sponsored by the National Exhibition and award-winning, state organs, museums, Confucianism both at home and abroad have collection
