领导力的大小与领导者的影响力、被领导者的接受度以及被领导者为实现组织目标而工作的实效有关系。高职院校党委领导力与全体教职工有关。影响党委领导力的要素可以分为职权性影响要素和非职权性影响要素,职权性影响要素包括党委的法定权限、学校党委行使职权力的能力和学校文化习惯。非职权性影响要素包括党委决策能力和执政能力、党委凝聚力和表率作用,教职员工的政治素质、对职业教育的热爱和忠诚度、专业和工作能力,教职工参与党委决策的程度等。
The size of leadership is related to the influence of the leader, the acceptance of the leader, and the effectiveness of the leader’s work in achieving the organization’s goals. Party committee leadership in higher vocational colleges is related to all faculty members. The factors influencing the leadership of the Party committees can be divided into the elements of the power of influence and the elements of the non-power of influence. The factors of the power of influence include the statutory authority of the party committees, the ability of the school party committees to exercise their power and school cultural habits. Elements of non-government influence include the ability of party committees to make decisions and governance, the role of party committees in cohesion and moderation, the political qualities of staff and workers, their love and loyalty to vocational education, their professionalism and ability to work, and the extent to which faculty and staff participate in the decision-making by Party committees.
