2000年12月,河南省西峡县在田关乡孙沟村召开荒山拍卖会,283家农户、37个单位职工、2家公司老板在3.2万亩荒山秃岭上当上了“庄园主”。
In December 2000, Xixia County, Henan Province, held a barren hill auction at Sungou Village, Tianguan Township. 283 farm households and 37 unit workers and two company proprietors became “manor masters” on the bald ridge of 32,000 mu of barren hills.
