Shanghai has a rich mineral water resources, and water quality is very good. Some people may have doubts, Shanghai is a big city, there is no mountain, how can there be mineral water? This is a misunderstanding of the concept of mineral water. There are two kinds of “spring water” in nature. One is water fountain and the other is power pumping. However, in any case, as long as the water quality is groundwater that meets the national standard of “drinking natural mineral water”, in particular, one of the above limit indicators must meet the standard before it can be called “mineral water.” On the contrary, even from the fountain, but the water quality does not meet the regulatory requirements, still can not call it “mineral water.” Most of the mineral water in Shanghai comes from the fourth and fifth confined water below 170 meters underground. It was formed thousands of years ago and has undergone a long geological process with abundant minerals and is clear and pollution-free.
