在这个网络飞速发展的时代,未成年人违法犯罪已经成为现代社会发展的一大问题,给我国社会治疗综合治疗带来了压力。我国对未成年人犯罪的刑事处罚长期坚持着以教育为主、惩罚为辅的原则,为了让刑事处罚与时代需求更为匹配我国开始采取社区矫正行为,且取得了较为一定的社会效果。本文就未成年人违法犯罪的社区矫正模式进行了相关的分析。
In the era of rapid development of this network, juvenile delinquency has become a major issue in the development of modern society, putting pressure on the comprehensive treatment of social therapies in our country. In our country, the criminal punishment of juvenile delinquency has long been adhering to the principle that education is the mainstay and punishment is supplemented. In order to make the criminal penalties more compatible with the needs of the times, China began to take community corrections and achieved relatively certain social effects. This article analyzes the mode of community correction of juvenile delinquency.
