营养是维持生命与健康的物质基础,是决定人体素质和健康的重要因素。合理营养是使人们的社会、智力和身体潜力得以充分发挥的先决条件。随着人们健康观念的改变和生活水平的提高,在一日三餐之外吃一些维生素C、钙片、铁剂等营养补充剂已经成了许多人的生活习惯。与此同时,关于人们到底该不该服用补充营养剂的声音不绝于耳。
Nutrition is the material basis for maintaining life and health and is an important factor that determines the quality and health of the human body. Reasonable nutrition is a prerequisite for maximizing the social, intellectual and physical potential of people. With the change of people’s health concept and the improvement of living standards, eating some vitamin C, calcium tablets, iron supplements and other nutritional supplements outside the three meals a day has become a habit for many people. In the meantime, voices are voicing about whether people should not take supplements.
