本文根据地方高校的一些特点,提出开展读者服务工作是高校图书馆的一项基本职能;强调了提高高校图书馆工作人员的综合素质,是做好读者服务工作的基本要求;提出了新时期开展读者服务工作的一些建议。
Based on some characteristics of local colleges and universities, this paper proposes that it is a basic function of university library to carry out reader service work. It emphasizes that improving the overall quality of university library staff is the basic requirement for readers’ service. Some suggestions for reader service work.
