1.安眠药:失眠或早醒在老年人中比较常见,但多数为生理性的。能不用安眠药,最好不用。长期使用安眠药会出现头昏、嗜睡、乏力等副反应,久服还会出现药物依赖,甚至成瘾。可通过定时起居,晚间不喝茶及其它兴奋性饮料,睡前不看刺激性大、易激动的书刊、影视,酝酿一种良好的睡眠状态。
