随着大众创业万众创新工作的不断深入,宁波创客空间进入快速发展阶段。然而,自我造血功能弱、创新能力不足、服务质量不高等问题也困扰着宁波创客空间的发展。本文通过对宁波创客空间发展的现状分析,提出宁波创客空间的创新运营模式,并在此基础上提出服务创新的运营模式的相关配套措施。
With the continuous deepening of the public innovation work of the general public, Ningbo Chuangke space has entered a stage of rapid development. However, the self-hematopoietic function is weak, lack of innovation capacity, service quality is not high and other issues plagued the development of Ningbo Chongke space. Based on the analysis of the current situation of Ningbo Kechuang space development, this paper puts forward the innovative operation mode of Ningbo Kechukang space, and on this basis puts forward the relevant supporting measures of service innovation operation mode.
