现在连锁企业面临的最大问题,不是经营过程中遇到的各种各样的困难,而是如何加强企业内部的团队协作能力、强化执行。从2011年10份开始,笔者在本专栏系列文章中详细介绍了提升商品力的11个步骤和方法,但从一年多带教工作的情况看,有些连锁药店的门店在发挥商品力上出现了一些问题,但根源并不是方法和步骤有误,而是一线的执行力出现了问题。比如,有很大一部分店长对于用“数据说话、按流程办事”的工作模式不以为意,发现门店存在的问题后,并没有按照既定的整改计划推进。这其中有很多原因,但最为关键的还是门店的执行层面出了问题,所以无法给运营带来应有的改善,企业自然也就无法提升竞争力。
