本文对硝苯吡啶及尼卡地平行前瞻性多中心随机双盲研究,旨在评价两药治疗心绞痛时的副作用。方法:选择250例慢性稳定性心绞痛,年龄>21岁的冠心病患者,试验期间除硝酸甘油、地高辛、利尿剂及非钙通道阻滞剂外,其他心血管药物均停用。试验设为3期5次追踪。受试者在第1期服公开标记的硝苯吡啶20mg,每日3次共4周;第2期服安慰剂1周;将第1期中出现头晕、踝部水肿、面潮红、头痛及心悸至少3天而第2期中这些症
In this paper, nifedipine and nicardipid parallel prospective multicenter randomized double-blind study to evaluate the side effects of the two drugs in the treatment of angina pectoris.
