目的:观察两种结膜瓣在原发性翼状胬肉中的应用。方法:临床病例对照研究。对2013年3月至2016年3月在我院行原发性翼状胬肉手术的患者128例128眼,分为2组,A组64例行翼状胬肉切除联合带自体角膜缘干细胞的结膜瓣移植术,B组64例行翼状胬肉切除联合自体游离结膜瓣移植术。对术后角膜上皮愈合情况,胬肉复发率进行统计比较。结果:A组与B组在角膜上皮愈合时间,胬肉治愈率、复发率方面差异无统计学意义。结论:翼状胬肉切除联合自体游离结膜瓣移植术或带自体角膜缘干细胞的结膜瓣移植术均是安全、有效的治疗方式。
Objective: To observe the application of two conjunctival flaps in primary pterygium. Methods: Clinical case control study. 128 patients (128 eyes) with primary pterygium surgery in our hospital from March 2013 to March 2016 were divided into two groups. A group of 64 patients underwent pterygium excision combined with conjunctiva with autologous limbal stem cells In group B, 64 patients underwent pterygium excision combined with autologous free conjunctival flap transplantation. The postoperative corneal epithelial healing, recurrence rate of pterygium statistical comparison. Results: There was no significant difference in the healing time of corneal epithelium, the cure rate of pterygium and the recurrence rate between group A and group B. CONCLUSION: Pterygium excision combined with autologous free conjunctival flap transplantation or conjunctival flap transplantation with limbal stem cells is a safe and effective treatment.
