当前,我国正处于社会转型期,传统的价值观和道德观不断地受到冲击,生活在这一复杂环境中的当代大学生,因内心的躁动而时时引发出一些反社会的行为,如何抑制大学生群体中的反社会倾向,是我们每一个教育工作者都应该深思的问题。本文以法律机制的构建为思考路径,以求建立一种新的校园法律机制,使法律在防范和抑制大学生反社会行为中发挥出更大的作用。
At present, our country is in a period of social transformation. The traditional values and moral values are constantly under attack. Contemporary college students living in this complex environment often trigger some antisocial behaviors due to their inner agitation. How to curb the undergraduates’ The anti-social tendency is something that every educator should think deeply about. This paper takes the construction of legal mechanism as the path of thinking in order to establish a new legal mechanism on campus so that the law can play a greater role in preventing and inhibiting the antisocial behavior of college students.
